Tim has been a professional strength and conditioning coach working with elite athletes since 2008.
He was part of the ParalympicsGB team at the Rio 2016 games and throughout his career he has supported athletes to win major medals at European, Commonwealth, World and Paralympic championships.
He is a UK Strength and Conditioning Association Accredited coach and has a Masters of Research in Exercise Physiology. In addition to training athletes on a daily basis he also lectures in Sport Science at Nottingham Trent University, is a qualified sports massage therapist and the Physical Preparation and Strength and Conditioning Consultant for the British Para Swimming team.
David ‘Jacko’ Jackson was a professional rugby player for 14 years until his career was cut short due to a head injury.
Jacko is now a UKSCA Accredited Strength and Conditioning coach supporting Paralympic athletes and also works with them using his performance lifestyle experience, sports nutrition and psychology qualifications.
He is a certifed Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise Specialist and has trained athletes to win major medals on the world stage. If he didn’t already have enough qualifications he also has a Masters in engineering and a PGCE in teaching.
Jude is a qualified personal trainer, sports massage therapist and yoga teacher, with in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
She believes everyone can be strong and move well, regardless of their training background or ability.
Jude found calisthenics when exploring ways to develop her own training and build functional strength in a safe and fun way. Finding it immensely rewarding and useful, she is passionate about helping everyone optimise their body’s potential. With this at the heart of her ethos, her training sessions have been developed with a grounded mix of fun and expertise that is accessible to anyone – all she asks for is an open mind and willingness to give it a go!
Seth is a calisthenics coach and personal trainer with a depth of knowledge and experience that is rare in the health and fitness industry.
Understanding and learning human physiology has been part of his upbringing and he is an avid learner of human movement.
Seth has many years experience as a personal trainer and has also led the conditioning work for a number of professional athletes around the world. His scientific approach is based on applying intelligent training methodologies that maximise physical adaptation.
Georgie is a Yoga Teacher, Calisthenics Coach, Movement & Mobility Coach and Personal Trainer. She explores a huge diversity in her training and has a love for extreme sports such as surfing and snowboarding.
With a background in Coaching CrossFit (Level 2) for 6 years and previously owning a gym, over that time she developed a love for Calisthenics.
Her passion is showing people what their bodies are capable of. She knows only too well what it is like to start going to a gym with no background in training. She guides her clients from A-B whether that be, improving their overall movement and mobility, achieving their first strict pull up or strict muscle up.
With a passion for overall health, Owen’s coaching style promotes quality of movement and holistic wellbeing to achieve your potential.
With a knowledge base gained through his participation in a range of sports his approach is adaptable but always seeking to promote physical development and optimum performance. Investing in our bodies as our best and most valuable asset.
Owen’s journey has lead him to become a qualified PT who is continually exploring new practices in a quest for growth. With a genuine passion for calisthenics and a firm belief in the symbiosis of mind and body he finds bodyweight training offers a complete package. He’s embracing his own journey and working towards self mastery.
Lani is an Olympian and World Champion athlete who started calisthenics after a successful 10 year career in sprint and marathon kayakying.
As a qualified personal trainer and professional athlete Lani’s training background and knowledge is impressive and she has a unique understanding of what it takes to get strong but also move well. Like everyone she also started at the beginning so knows exactly what it means to be a beginner but also how to find that extra 1%.
Lani is now applying everything she learnt as an athlete and combining it with her personal training experience. That makes for something very exciting!
