    We want to introduce you to someone very special, coach Jude – our newest member of the School of Calisthenics coaching team!

    Jude is a qualified personal trainer, sports massage therapist and yoga teacher, with in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology. She believes everyone can be strong and move well, regardless of their training background or ability.

    Jude found calisthenics when exploring ways to develop her own training and build functional strength in a safe and fun way. Finding it immensely rewarding and useful, she is passionate about helping everyone optimise their body’s potential. With this at the heart of her ethos, her training sessions have been developed with a grounded mix of fun and expertise that is accessible to anyone – all she asks for is an open mind and willingness to give it a go!

    We love Jude’s attitude to helping people redefine their impossible and her extensive experience as a yoga teacher brings another dimension to the coaching team’s skills. Jude is currently running a weekly class in Nottingham, UK and helped us develop the FREE #8 Week Beginners programme that is now available to help YOU start your own calisthenics journey.
