This week on the podcast, we have one of our very own! Coach Owen joins us to share a little more about himself and his journey into training and joining the School of Calisthenics coaching team having impressed us when he attended both our workshops and coaching seminar last year.
We’re really excited about having Owen join the coaching team, he adds more versatility and experience here at the School of Calisthenics.
He shares his own take on learning new skills like juggling, the effectiveness of cold water training on our bodies and associated recovery as well as what he’s learned along his own calisthenics journey. Just like all of us, he started as a beginner and has learned many valuable lessons along the way to redefining his impossible – which you’ll learn all about in the podcast.
