    Tony’s philosophy of getting back to what nature intended fits beautifully with how we believe calisthenics to be the most natural form of training. We were not only inspired and motivated by his story of running the length of the United Kingdom without any trainers on… yes barefoot running, we also enjoyed hearing his views on the human body, breath work, the importance of being in nature and so much more.
