    Building Strong Foundations

    Understanding the importance of and being able to develop your foundation strength is key for anyone in calisthenics (and any training for that matter) whether a beginner or advanced.

    In the video below, we take you through a number of foundation exercises with the key coaching points to ensure you are building strong foundations correctly. But first, and very importantly, Tim takes you through the WHY and the HOW from a theoretical point of view, including the exercise science and rationale.
