Setting goals is a great starting point, but how do you go about setting out to achieving goals is the topic of discussion this week.
It comes off the back of a few questions from listeners (and students in the Virtual Classroom) that have set some goals for the year and done a great job of working towards them within the first couple of weeks. But as time goes on and we come to the end of January, often those new good habits start to slip and then you’re reminded by the fact that when you set goals in the past you never managed to stay on track and achieve them. So many of you were asking the question,
How do I finish what I started?
So for the podcast this week, we look at how to stay on track and achieve your goals. We start with a zoomed out lens and discuss the importance of knowing yourself, your motivation and the why behind your goals before we come to the practical tips that we think are the most helpful for you during the quest of achieving the goals you’ve set for the year ahead.
Hope you enjoy the podcast and it gives you some ideas on how to stay on track with any goals you’ve set for this year and beyond. Remember, we are always here to help, so if you have any questions or need some specific help just ask.
If you enjoyed this episode, we’d love you to share it with those around you that might also find it helpful and interesting. Plus, we’d love to hear what you think of the podcast, you can either write a review or drop us a message on social media…
