    From Bodybuilding to Calisthenics Meet Fran…

    Ever wondered whether you can use calisthenics to improve bodybuilding?

    Well, meet Fran – he can tell you the amazing benefits he’s personally found. We’re really excited to introduce to you another of our amazing School of Calisthenics students!

    Meet Fran from Italy. He’s been training as a bodybuilder for 22 years competing in the UK, US and Italy. He recently started to incorporate calisthenics and calisthenics progressions into his training schedule especially muscle ups, pulls ups and learning how to do a better scapula retraction and shoulder depression in order to feel his lats more as a bodybuilder.

    Fran has been on a couple of School of Calisthenics workshops having had no experience of calisthenics training prior to the first one. He’s simply only ever done bodybuilding.

    The thing that interested me the most about the School of Calisthenics was the interest in learning how to move the body in a more functional way.

    The difference and developments he’s seen over the last two years since coming on the workshop is simply breathtaking… but we’ll let Fran tell his own story.
