We love calisthenics and we love coffee so when we got the opportunity to combine these two things we love mixed in with a little friendly banter with Alex from @KickbackCoffee on this weeks podcast, we jumped at the chance.
Alex from Kickback Coffee is as passionate about coffee as we are about calisthenics and, as ‘coffee lovers’ ourselves, it was fascinating to hear more detail about the process and reason behind how to create the best tasting coffees and learn tips for making better coffee at home ourselves.
Alex points out that the freshness of the coffee beans is key and prides himself on getting his fresh roasted Kickback Coffee beans to customers within two weeks of the roast date. We’ve tasted and sampled the beans and the taste is, in our opinion, something you need to experience. Even the de-cafe (NO CAFF) tastes as good as any espresso! We’re sure most of you would agree, that’s hard to find with a de-caff. Tim and I are only using caffeine as a training aid so the de-caffeinated option is coming in very handy and when it tastes as good as normal caffeinated coffee, you really don’t feel like you’re missing out.
If you love coffee as much as you do calisthenics, like us, you’ll love this one!
