Having lost 30kg in 7 months initially as part of her ‘I need to get healthy’ ah ha moment, Lucy has gone on an incredible journey in calisthenics from absolute beginner to now teaching other women how to live happier healthier lives as a qualified personal trainer specialising in fat loss and female calisthenics / bodyweight training.
