    It’s not often you get to rub shoulders with genuine big time celebrities but this week it’s one of those days as we have Ben Shephard from Good Morning Britain, Tipping Point and Ninja Warrior host. Ben has been a fitness enthusiast and avid calisthenics fan for many years and we actually first met when he came to one of our first workshops a few years ago.

    One of the things about Ben that jumps out straight away is his incredible mindset and attitude towards life, training and career. With a schedule and career in television as busy as his you would think he’d ease off in other areas of his life but no. Pushing his training and body to its limits both physically and mentally seems to give him the strength and energy to power through in other areas of his life.

    In the podcast, we talk about his positive mindset in not taking anything for granted, learning from Ninja Warrior and all the amazing contestants they’ve had as well as the importance of having a process to follow and trusting in that process as part of his training goals, particularly for the handstand which he and we all find so frustrating at times!
