    Why Your PULL UPS Aren’t Good Enough For MUSCLE UPS

    When working on redefining your impossible of the muscle up, it’s not as simple as just getting better as pull ups.

    Thinking that once you can do 10 or even 20 pull ups you’ll be able to do a muscle up… it doesn’t work like that!

    There are even subtle differences between bar and ring muscle ups but we’ll cover that in a separate blog. When training towards a bar muscle you need to make sure the pull ups you perform in your bar muscle up training programme are specific enough for the adaptation you require for the goal of a bar muscle up.
