It wasn’t long ago that musician Lucy Spraggan didn’t exercise, wasn’t bothered about her diet and in her words drank too much. But, after a random desire to ‘go for run’ sparked a journey towards a healthy lifestyle, a new found love of fitness and exercising has taken her from that first run to losing weight, getting fit and starting a calisthenics journey which has changed her health and life forever!
