In this weeks positive podcast we are looking at the concept of being happy in the present moment, whatever that moment maybe. As ever it’s linked into training and sparked from my own experience of running in the driving rain at 6:00am in the morning one day last week.
It’s a concept that if we can get our heads around it, it really has the power to transcend all areas of our lives and help to make us happier more or all of the time!
