    Getting back into training after some time away, a forced break or just a time for extra recovery can always be tough for some of us for varying reasons.

    In this positive podcast episode as requested by a number of you I share with you my best tips for helping make that process of getting back into training an easier, less stressful one starting with the mindset approach and then the practical tips. This in fact has actually been the case for me having had some time off any away from training for a few weeks so it was something that was on my mind and personally been through in the last couple of week.
