Brian Keane author of ‘The Fitness Mindset’ and ‘Rewire Your Mindset’ has a phenomenal approach to life and mindset towards getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. Whether getting up at 5am each morning to workout, jumping in ice baths or running ultra marathons in deserts – despite not being a ‘runner’ as he describes himself, he knows how to be uncomfortable!
There is so much we can all learn from Brian of how we manage our mindset so we can achieve more, be more successful and ultimately happier. Even just his infectious energy makes us just want to go out and challenges ourselves so how each time we speak to him!
