We’ve got a new Podcast!
The School of Calisthenics podcast has long been blessed with many amazing guests both inside and outside of the realm of calisthenics. As time has passed in the last 2 years since we started the podcast, we’ve loved speaking to guests that come from outside of the world of calisthenics.
We feel it’s provided a more rounded holistic approach to training, health and wellness that enriches our understanding of how to help ourselves in not just our training but in every aspect of our lives.
We want to keep pushing further into this and hence why we’ve renamed the podcast “The Movement, Strength + Play Podcast”
In this week’s episode, we go into detail about what we’ve learned in the journey of the podcast since it started in 2018 and explain why the new name really resonates with our ongoing values.
We hope you continue to enjoy the podcast, join us on this natural evolution of the podcast itself and look forward to more fantastic guests that will no doubt add huge insight and value to all our lives.
Thanks again for listening
