    We were a little over excited this week to bring the Movement, Strength & Play podcast to you the listeners LIVE via YouTube streaming. A new feature we were trying out (not without its technical issues at the start) but something that lets us connect with you all in a two way conversation rather than you simply listening – which we love.

    Being live let us answer questions ‘on the spot’ taking us right back to where the podcast originated with the Q+A sessions, which we loved. I (Jacko) got to slip back into the old ‘question master’ slippers and they fit like a glove, which Tim went wax lyrical on subjects from; do we still use weights, training the lower body calisthenics style as well as injury prevention advise and more!
