    When you’ve won the Rugby World Cup like Will Greenwood did back in 2003 you know what it means and takes to strive for better each day. Will has a mindset, still to this day as he’s approaching 50 years old, where he describes his purpose as striving for better NOT perfection. He talks about why he doesn’t believe in perfect and how in his current training he’s been pushing himself during lockdowns and sometimes a little too far.

    Always trashing my body, I know I need more balance

    In this podcast episode he talks with great openness and honesty about how he’s feeling the need to start listening to his body more and invest in his physical pension.
