Hey guys! I finally got my Frog to handstand down!! I’ve technically been able to do these for a while now but before I could only get up using a lot of momentum and even more luck (I could only get up 1 out of every 10 attempts and even if I did get up, I wasn’t in a good position to hold the handstand).

Then I saw your awesome videos and I really went back to the basics, working to achieve stability and control through every part of the motion. It felt like I was starting all over but it was so worth it; now I can get up 4 out of every 5 attempts and hold the handstand every time I’m up! The feeling of stability and control is just amazing. I can’t thank you guys enough for helping me redefine my impossible!
