Using our evidence-based approach and applied using the School of Calisthenics framework, our personal training offers a sniper like approach to providing you the support you need, regardless of your stage of progression.
In your initial personal training session with Seth, you will;
- Have an hour dedicated coaching time tailored to your personal needs
- Work with Seth through a calisthenics specific movement assessment which will be used to optimise your individual training process
- Tackle any specific problems you have. The session can be structured or more free flowing based on what you want to get out it.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You must give at least 24 hours notice if you can’t attend your personal training session. If you cancel a session less than 24 hours of the start time then unfortunately no refunds will be given.
