    COACHES // GEORGIE, JACKO

Increasing the range in which we can move our bodies with freedom, strength, control and awareness is what you’ll learn in our Movement & Mobility Workshop whether the beginners or progressions workshop (or both!)

    17th October 2020

    9:00-10:30 BST // Beginners Workshop

    11:00-13:00 BST // Progressions Workshop

With a maximum group size of just 10 students across two coaches, the coach to student ratio means you’ll get plenty of coach contact time working in small groups of 5 or less.  You’ll receive individual feedback and the chance to work in smaller groups with a coach throughout the workshop.

All you need is some floor space at home, with either your computer or mobile phone to join the workshop online via a private Zoom meeting.
