    My name is Bjoern I come from Germany (in advance I apologize for my English). I’ve been following School of Calisthenics for a considerable time on Instagram and I’ve always admires the exercises / figures that David and Tim showed us. When the ebook Back Lever appeared for the first time, I was skeptical. So a challenging figure should be easy to learn? I dared it. What can I say? I’m enthusiastic. I am 37 years old (2016) and it makes a huge fun. Ok, today (9 weeks later) I can not make the figure perfectly, but I get closer to my goal. Practise makes master, isn’t it? The ebook is absolutely fantastic, wonderfully explained with embedded videos. When I have questions, David always responded very promptly. The two of them are great teachers and it just makes fun. I hope to see one day the School of Calisthenics personally from inside and to be able to demonstrate my acquired skills to my teachers. My recommendation to everyone: Take the plunge, you will not regret, I am to 1000% sure.

    This was the first Ebook I purchased and has taken me from within inches of redefining my impossible with a full Back Lever.

    The content of the Ebook is such that you get more than you’d expect. The framework, training philosophy and step by step progressions are all included and this allows you to train and learn at the same time. When I first started training, I took my phone with me and the Ebook and using the videos I watched the excellent videos, following the coaching cue’s and practiced with everything I needed right with me on my phone. Please note -*Don’t backlever with your phone in your pocket, it doesn’t end well*

    I’ve been training with the School of Calisthenics framework for a while now and i’be never been more motivated or excited to train. Plus now I can literally train anywhere!

    I’ve attended an amazing workshop and used this ebook to work on my back leavers using the excellent videos and detailed exercise descriptions and demonstrate progressions that have enabled me to work on this particular skill.
