    This guide is a great help for beginners. As good as a Personal Trainer. It delineates the flow of workout and way to execute your moves from scratch to the end. I have used it for my push-ups, frog pose and dragon flag. The content provided in the guide and videos to support the content are excellent.
    To be more concrete, it helped for:
    Pushups – it improved my hand moment
    Dragon flag n frog pose – it helped me to illearn balance n stability required to perform the same. I learnt it from this guide only.

    This is the perfect guide for beginners to calisthenics. With demo videos and written explanations it teaches you exactly what to do, as though the trainers were in the gym with you. Jacko and Tim have created a no fuss guide that has everything explained so clearly you’re able to get straight to work after reading it!

    My upper body and core strength has improved tremendously over the few weeks I’ve been training using the programme, and my push up form is better than ever before. It’s also given me the confidence and knowledge to master the frog stand for the first time ever – a move that has always scared me because I didn’t want to end up face planting the floor.

    The guide is brilliant. I can’t recommend this eBook enough!

    I wanted to have a go at Calisthenics but didn’t know where to start – this guide provides the perfect platform to build the foundations and get confident with moving your own bodyweight. I LOVE the videos that accompany it – they’re short and precise so you can get straight on to the movement and the bite size info makes it feel achievable without being overwhelming. Its a great place to start and I highly recommend it 🙂

    I’ve always been interested in Calisthenics but never took the time to understand it fully. This guide has helped me get started and build a base platform to develop my abities. Simple, straight forward instructions, useful videos and an insight into terminology has got me excited to buy one of the other guides….

    And please guys, so a workshop in Manchester sometime soon!

    Have downloaded the ebook for beginners and have read through in detail to make sure I understand everything before running straight into the programme (which is what i usually do with everything and end up wasting my time).

    Having studied the interesting tutorial videos it seems I was not doing the standard plank, pull up or tricep dip with the correct form and I considered myself reasonably experienced and proficient when it comes to strength and hypertroohy training with the correct form.

    The mobility advice is spot on and although it hurts like hell it is vitally important and make a big difference . I’m looking forward to getting into the programme in more detail, seeing the progression and then furthering my expericning with more techniques and movements.

    Really highly recommend this for anyone interested in the calithenics workout.

    I downloaded this FREE Ebook some time ago and because it was so easy to follow I quickly progressed and was able to advance to a banded muscle ups and frog stand to hand stand in no time.
    I currently subscribe to the YouTube channel where Jacko and Tim really help break everything down as they do in the ebook.
    I wish there was a regular workshop in Manchester because I would definitely attend. And I will probably consider purchasing the Planche ebook in the future. Great work fellas.
