In this 2 hours ‘Beginners Calisthenics Workshop’ we teach you all the fundamental principles of Calisthenics Training and introduces the unique School of Calisthenics Framework!
Subjects covered during the Workshop;
1. Core principles – engagement, control and importance for within Calisthenics
2. Pushing and Pulling Principles – education of correct and effective ‘setting’ of the shoulders for pushing and pulling movements
3. Introduction to Key Calisthenics Movements, such as; Hand Balancing, Human Flags and Back Lever
