In this 1 hour class you will learn the basic foundation movements to help you get started on your Calisthenics journey with a focus around the Handstand.
At the School of Calisthenics we love teaching people new things and are passionate about help others start their Calisthenics Journey! The School of Calisthenics tutor(s) will introduce you to the unique School of Calisthenics Framework and how we can build up the strength to be able to ‘impossible’ things!
The Class will consist of;
1. Warm Up – Restoring shoulder posture and introducing the movement capability needed in the Handstand.
2. Strength development specific to the Handstand development – exercises adapted for all levels and abilities.
3. Capacity Strength Finishing Circuit – using bodyweight exercises to get strong and build global conditioning!
