    In this 5 hour workshop we take a deep dive into handstands and muscle ups all day!!!

    You’ll learn about our handstand process and why we learn the way we do, including both learning to use our hands like feet to balance as well as building strength for the frogstand to handstand press.

    You’ll also learn the difference between the bar and rings muscle ups and therefore understand how to train optimally for both.

    We’ll take you through our full framework of progress (School of Calisthenics Framework) covering Movement Preparation and Patterning as part of our mobility and warm up exercises specific to handstands and muscle ups.

    As well as covering all the progressions and strength building Applied Strength exercises you need in order to build the strength to redefine your impossible!

    Who is the Calisthenics Progressions Workshop for?

    This workshop is aimed at those that have either completed the School of Calisthenics ‘Beginners Workshop’ or are comfortable with the basic movements (such as push ups, pull ups and dips) and want to develop their knowledge and skills to understand the progressions towards these more advanced calisthenics movements.

    We can’t guarantee you’ll leave the workshop being able to press from frogstand to handstand or complete a ring or bar muscle up. However, we do promise that you’ll leave having achieved some variation of each movement and most importantly leave educated on what you need to work on and how to progress them forward to fully ‘redefining your impossible’! And, we’ll have a lot of fun along the way!

    Throughout the workshop, there will also be time to allow you to ‘pick the brains’ of the School of Calisthenics Tutors, asking any questions you may have on exercise progressions, programming, your personal areas of development… or anything else!
