In this 2 hour Handstand Workshop you will learn all the foundation movements for your handstand and the strength progressions for the Frog to Handstand as well as other pressing variations.

Subjects covered during the Workshop;
1. Movement Preparation – Understanding and application of the mobility and flexibility requirements for handstands
2. Movement Patterning + Skill Acquisition – How to create stability through not just the shoulder but the entire kinetic chain for your handstand alignment. As well as developing the ‘skill’ of using your hands like feet to balance!
3. Strength Progressions – Understanding and application of the strength requirements for handstands and pressing movements into the handstand and how to progress them.
