The truth is that if you have the right training methods and exercise progressions, the human flag is not as impossible as it might look. The secret is that if you push and pull with opposite arms at maximal intensity and can connect that force through your whole body, then you too can appear to become weightless.
How long it will take you to learn the human flag will depend on how much strength you start with. For some it might be a matter of putting in the work over a period of time to build the high level strength required. For others, it could simply be a matter of learning how to connect the dots and teaching your brain to move in a new way.
