    LIVE Playtime Workouts [Lockdown 2.0]


    Each Monday and Wednesday 12:30 GMT + WATCH BACK ANYTIME

    Join Tim & Jacko throughout November during Lockdown 2.0 for ‘Playtime’ LIVE.

    2 x live sessions per week throughout November, where we’ll bring banter, community and play to our workouts from the comfort of your home – to help keep us all moving, learning new skills and having fun together.

    • Individual session £12
    • Book a 4-week block: £49 (2 sessions a week for 4 weeks) – That’s only £6 per session.
    • Individual weeks £20 (2 x live sessions)

    *PLACES LIMITED, all levels and abilities welcome & no equipment needed


    We love to learn to move in new ways, try new things, explore what our bodies can do and smile just as much when we succeed and when we have to try again.

    This is what play is all about and it is something we enjoyed so much as children. The problem is that somewhere between those carefree, fun filled days and the onset of adulthood, we forgot how to play.

    That is until now as we are on a mission to use the opportunity presented by Lockdown 2.0 to bring play back into your life. And we promise you, you will not regret it. We’d even go as far as to say the next four weeks could have a life-changing effect on how you see your physical and mental training!

    Each Monday and Wednesday Tim and Jacko will host a ‘Movement, Strength and Play’ session at 12:30 GMT.

    • Week 1 // 9th & 11th November
    • Week 2 // 16th & 18th November
    • Week 3 // 23rd & 25th November
    • Week 4 // 30th November & 2nd December
    • Plus a ‘playtime’ challenge each Friday for the weekend

    During the one-hour session the boys will demonstrate and coach you through a range of total body movement patterns, flow sequences, strength development and conditioning exercises that will bring a smile to your face.

    These sessions will be light-hearted, fun and filled with the supportive and constructive coaching expertise that you expect from the School of Calisthenics. The playtime sessions will be hosted online and whilst we know that everyone is experiencing a little Zoom fatigue, the workouts will be a far cry from the often-tedious work meetings you’ve been experiencing since the spring.

    We want to bring a community of people together to move and have fun. To support each other by bringing positivity, smiles and enthusiasm. Play has an infectious effect on others and there is power in bringing people together to improve all of our mental health.

    Book Club – we’ve thought of everything!

    There is an amazing book on ‘Play’ appropriately called ‘Play’ funnily enough. It’s a book that we (Tim & Jacko) both love and we are inviting you to join us in reading it throughout November to form a sort of book club that had a subject matter very appropriate to the ‘playtime’ session we’ll be doing in our training. You can buy the book on amazon here and start finding out about all those benefits of play we’ll be discovering for ourselves in the sessions!
