    I have been using the recently released School of Calisthenics #handstand E-book.
    I found it’s content to be exactly what is needed to help progress from a basic to advanced level. The presentation of the material is easy to follow, and the information is transmitted in laymans terms – making it understandable amd fun! But make no mistake, they could have made it horribly complex; rather this is simply the effective communication of training methodologies used at the highest level. Working as a Personal Trainer myself, I know it can be difficult to cover these two areas sufficiently; however the guys at School of Calisthenics have done it with ease and style!

    A lot of time has gone into this E-book and no stone has been left unturned. The video material is second to none, and it’s stand out point is that the methodical approach taken by Tim and Dave, is sure to get you the results you desire. Just step up to the plate and engage practically with their instruction!

    It is a fine product, produced by world class coaches.

    I love handstands!
    Ive been able to do them until late summer but then i got pain in on of my shoulders when handstanding so i stopped.. A couple of weeks ago i noticed the pain is gone and so was most of my handstand.
    I knew the school had a handstand e-book on its way and decided to get it to be little more structured this time, build from the foundation and to support all their hard work as i know from social media they give good advice and challenges to their followers!
    The book was nice and easy to read even for me with my short attention span (cant remember when i did read this many pages in 2 days). loads of good information, tips and exercises to get me to my goal again. The information in the book can be applied to more then just handstands without that big of a hustle. I especially loved the homework section and that you guys took your time to record videos to the book as well! For me this is a big plus! Loads of people releasing e-books just put pictures with explanations.

    This is an excellent eBook on the subject, and bodyweight exercise in particular that I strongly feel anyone would benefit from reading, with the author’s very successfully arguing what I have always believed; that bodyweight exercise is the most practical and rewarding kind of strength exercise. As someone constantly trying to learn more about how to improve and make my workouts more interesting, I can easily say this is one of the most concise and best eBook I have read on the subject. Clearly Tim and David have really picked through what often seems like an endless catalogue of conflicting exercise information, with their conclusions about what really works backed up by their own extensive research in the field, and I applaud the author’s message to always exercise your own intelligence to assess what really works for you the individual.

    Tim and David explain everything very clearly, and the eBook is very well written, with easy to follow and well designed routines, backed up by the author’s online video tutorials, everyone should find this eBook an endlessly helpful source of exercise wisdom.

    I am able to do basic handstands and hold them for a short period of time. I wanted to take my handstand progress to the next level and have found the ebook to be a fantastic resource. The information is well presented and the videos are great for visual learners with added support and motivation. I am hoping that consistent training and the use of the handstand ebook will enable me to redifine my impossible.

    Handstands are a great exercise to help develop upper body strength, and yet they are an extremely underrated exercise because many have lost their childlike wonderment and believe they are too difficult to perform.

    If you are one of those guys, this book is right up your alley. It provides a fully comprehensive step-by-step progression to standing on your hands – perhaps just like you did when you were a child before you lost that wonderment – which links out to some neat little video tutorials (of which I am a big fan). In addition, you’ll find this book is well written and easy to follow and includes some motivational, or more appropriately ‘aspirational’, photos along with some sample training sessions to help you along the way.

    I’d highly recommend picking up a copy of this e-book to help you incorporate this great exercise into your training routine!

    I have recently purchased the School of Calisthenics Handstand ebook and have found it an excellent training guide. I had previously used their Beginners Guide which got me into Calisthenics in the first instance. The Handstand ebook has everything you will need to perfect the process – you just need to add your own resilience and hard work. Tim & Jacko have a way of turning a complex kinetic and physiological process into an easy to understand progressive methodology – this more than anything displays the level of their knowledge of the subject matter and ability to coach effectively. If you’re serious about perfecting this discipline this is compulsory reading. Whether you prefer to ‘read and learn’ or ‘view and learn’ you will find all you need here. The guys are clearly on top of their game.

    Amazing ebook, I really wanted to learn this even at my age (44 mid life crisis) I can do it against the wall but just didn’t know where to start but this explains in detail but without being long and boring exactly how to get there and the videos are short and sweet, fantastic, really well explained and demonstrated, I like how they demonstrate how not to do things too. My husband is also now really interested and my kids like to have a go too which helps keep me on track, it’s surprising with practice how quickly you can progress even after a few days! I love seeing what the school of callisthenics does online and they give tons of encouragement. Watch this space I may even graduate!

    I got an idea to start learning handstand more than a year ago, but I never got further from wall handstands; without support I was able to maintain the position only a couple of seconds . Finally I managed to develop some kind of stress injury and forgot the hold thing.

    But then I found the School of Calisthenics in Instagram, downloaded the Beginner’s Guide, and then The Handstand e-book, and now I’m very optimistic that I may actually learn it. The Handstand e-book totally changed my idea of training handstand. Just kicking explosively up to the handstand will not take you far, the point is to develop a robust basis of movement and strength with specific exercises. This way you also avoid injuries. I have trained with the e-book for only two weeks, and I think I already have made a little progress! My goal is to achieve a free handstand by the end of 2017, and I believe that training consistently according to the instructions in the book will take me there.

    The book is definitely worth of 20 £ . It consists of 63 pages with pictures and links to videos where the exercises are shown. There is a strong theoretical foundation and knowledge of anatomy behind the book, but everything is explained in layman language. The videos are of high quality, informative, and go straight to the point. I recommend it to anybody interested to learn the handstand in the right way.

    I was really hesitant at first because I have bought ebooks before which have not helped me at all. I have never even given any of those any reviews because I was just too disappointed for wasting the money. But now I can say, this is the best £20 I have spent on a book. I am only a week in and this book has helped me loads already. As early as now, I know that full handstand is not impossible. Plus these guys answer your questions on social media which was beyond my expectations. Thank you very much!

    As a personal trainer, I want any training programme I follow to meet the same principals I would apply when writing a programme for others – strongly rooted in the practical application of theory, understanding of the human body and clear progressions and regressions to pattern movements, build appropriate strength and avoid injury.

    This Ebook does all of that with videos for every exercise included making it super easy to follow and it’s written in a readable and motivational way. I’ve only had it a short time and I’m just on the frogstand but I know that by following this and keeping consistent with my training on it, I’m gong to hit my goal of doing a proper handstand!

    I can’t wait!

    I attended the School of Calisthenics workshop on January 14th and was so inspired that I downloaded their free beginners ebook. I started progressing quickly and found the content so informative and the framework changed the way I thought about working out. The workouts were fun and I found myself addicted to frog stands. I started doing them wherever I went. The office floor had all of a sudden become a gym floor which I could utilise when a conference call became too boring! The breaks between TV shows became an opportunity to practice. I decided to buy the handstand ebook to develop further and I’m hugely impressed. This is a school so as you can imagine it’s very educational that everyone would benefit from despite your skill and strength levels. The videos from the links within the book are superb and Jacko and Tim’s delivery is fantastic. Watching them do the excercises not only bring the books content to life but it is also very inspirational too.

    When my School of Calisthenics journey started 6 weeks ago I could hardly hold a frog stand and when Jacko ask me to do a kick up handstand against him I didn’t have the confidence to even get up. From following the ebooks (6 weeks of the beginners guide and 2 weeks of the handstand book) I can now hold a frog stand for over 30 seconds, take one leg off during doing a frog stand and this morning I managed to take my feet off the wall to hold a free standing handstand for 5 seconds. All of a sudden my impossible seems a little more possible!

    If you have any reservations about buying one of the schools ebooks please don’t. It has been a great buy and worth every penny! I’m confident I’ll be graduating some time soon 🙂 Thanks Jacko and Tim.

    I figured it was time to do something a bit different with my training in terms of goal setting and decided I wanted to be able to do a handstand by the end of the year. After looking around for training info I took an, informed, punt of the handstand eBook. Fantastic value at £20 and full of great demo’s and instruction. I’ve only had it a week but really enjoying the new focus it has given me.

    Great e-book. Really well explained from basic to advanced level. Clear and concise videos complement the book well. Started off a few weeks ago and making good progress using the prescribed exercises.
