Weekly classes are your chance to regularly join us and be part of the community that meets to learn from and encourage each other with their calisthenics journey under the watchful eye and guidance of our team of coaches.
Each week we explore a variety of calisthenics movements and workout formats so you can come and develop your skills and strength with the support of our tutors.
Tuesdays // At Aspire 4 Fitness Keyworth, Nottingham 7-8pm
Thursdays // At H3 Performance, Nottingham City 7-8pm
Sundays // At Crossfit Lacemakers Long Eaton, Nottingham 1:30-2:30pm
Check out the calendar below for information about a specific Nottingham calisthenics class. Every session is designed around a progressive approach so anyone can attend and the difficulty will be scaled for each person who attends.
The community we have is made up of some amazing people who welcome everyone with open arms. You don’t need to be a calisthenics master to come along, we’re still working on that ourselves so you will be in good company.
Just one note, you must book onto each weekly session you want to attend prior to the class starting.
The classes are awesome on two levels, the community and the progressive calisthenics training that has helped me to redefine my impossible.
