Weekly classes are run out of our ‘home’ in H3 Performance Nottingham on a Thursday evening 7-8pm. Each week focuses on a different calisthenics movement or a workout format so you can come and develop your skills and strength with the support of our tutors.
Check out the calendar below for information about the classes and what the focus for each week will be. Every session is designed around a progressive approach so anyone can attend and the difficulty will be scaled for each person who attends.
The community we have is made up of some amazing people who welcome everyone with open arms. You don’t need to be a calisthenics master to come along, we’re still working on that ourselves so you will be in good company.
Just one note, you must book onto each weekly session you want to attend prior to the class starting.
The classes are awesome on two levels, the community and the progressive calisthenics training that has helped me to redefine my impossible.
