TRAINING PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The Back Lever is an exciting movement and great way to fall in love with calisthenics as it is a strength based movement that is achievable for many people, even those just starting to explore bodyweight training.
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
In this course we'll break down what appears to be a complex movement into bitesize chunks and show you how to defy gravity on a bar or rings.

Meet the team
Tim Stevenson
Co-Founder + Coach
Tim has been a professional strength and conditioning coach working with elite athletes since 2008. He is a UK Strength and Conditioning Association Accredited (UKSCA) coach and has a Masters of Research in Exercise Physiology.
David Jackson
CO-FOUNDER + COACH
David ‘Jacko’ Jackson was a professional rugby player for 14 years and now also a UKSCA coach. He has a Masters in Engineering, a PGCE in teaching and certifications in sports nutrition and psychology.
