TRAINING PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Going from a frogstand and pushing into a freestanding handstand is one of our favourite hand-balancing movements.
To do it requires a special blend of skill and strength. It is also the foundation for more advanced progressions such as freestanding handstand push ups.
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
This course and the training programmes within are best suited to those with some bodyweight or strength training experience, or those who have completed our Bodyweight Basics programme.

tim stevenson
co-founder + coach
Tim has been a professional strength and conditioning coach working with elite athletes since 2008. He is a UK Strength and Conditioning Association Accredited (UKSCA) coach and has a Masters of Research in Exercise Physiology.
david Jackson
Co-founder + coach
David ‘Jacko’ Jackson was a professional rugby player for 14 years and now also a UKSCA coach. He has a Masters in Engineering, a PGCE in teaching and certifications in sports nutrition and psychology.
